Subscription participation does not affect copyright ownership. Authors retain full rights to their work, and no additional rights are granted to Hawk & Oak beyond those explicitly stated in the Publishing Agreement.

Duration & Flexibility

• Subscription benefits remain active for the duration of the Publishing Agreement.
• Each new project is reviewed individually, with updated service estimates provided for author approval.
• Participation in the subscription program does not obligate authors to future projects.

Authors may terminate subscription participation in accordance with the Publishing Agreement, without affecting:

• Copyright ownership
• Royalties already earned
• Services previously delivered
